Meet Hazelnut! Hazelnut was found on the streets of Houston with her brother, searching for water, food, and shelter. Despite her tough start, she’s a bundle of energy and joy who thinks she’s much bigger than she actually is.

Hazelnut’s day starts with a trip outside to potty, followed by breakfast. After fueling up, she loves playing with her sister and friends. Despite the heat of Texas, Hazelnut enjoys a cozy midday nap, often hiding under her blanket. She’s back outside for more fun in the afternoon before dinner time.

Hazelnut loves to play! When happy she can be found running around letting out cute little barks. She’s happy when she’s around other dogs and would love to find a forever home where she has a furry sibling. This is not a necessity though, she can adjust to being the only dog in the household with a family that gives her plenty of love and attention! Cuddling up under a blanket is one of her favorite pastimes, making her the perfect snuggle buddy.

Hazelnut is incredibly loving and playful. She’s looking for a home where she can continue to run, play, and be surrounded by love. If you’re ready for an adorable spirited and affectionate companion, Hazelnut might be the perfect fit for you!

Hazelnut is from Texas.
