Say hello to Turtle! Turtle's photo doesn't do him justice; he is the cutest and tiniest boy.
Turtle was found living in a car with 14 other chihuahuas. We don't know the circumstances around how he ended up in that situation, but when he was found he was very skinny and scared. Despite all this, he quickly settled into his Texas foster home and has been receiving a lot of TLC. He is now thriving and made his way to MN.

Turtle loves everyone he meets. He enjoys being held and cuddled. Turtle is a wonderful playful dog that is very sweet to all people. He loves to chase balls and chew on soft squeaky toys and rubber bones. He wants to be the boss so he must have slow introductions to non-reactive dogs. He is quiet and very content hanging out with people. His housebreaking is going well; he goes out with my dog in a fenced area and they do their business and come right in.  I let him out multiple times a day to ensure ample opportunities to go potty.  No  cats for Turtle … he is very reactive to cats.

He is a tiny sweet boy whose main goals are receiving love and playing.

Turtle is from Texas.  If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
