When my foster first saw me, I was skin & bones & trying to take care of my 4 kittens. Now, my kittens have either found or are waiting for their furever homes.
When I first came inside, I was extremely head shy & my foster mom thinks I might have been abused. But here I am, a couple of weeks later, pleasantly plump, and while I'm still shy, I no longer flinch or put my ears back when someone reaches out to pet me...and I REALLY enjoy being petted!! I love to rub up against my human's legs to show them how much I appreciate them! Apparently, I have quite the motor, or so I'm told!
I haven't quite figured out the playing with toys thing yet, but I'm working on it. I'm not a big fan of loud noises, but I don't run & hide either. There's some teens that live here with me & they're very kind & gentle so we get along fine. I do think a quieter home with someone who is willing to possibly put some extra time, gentleness & a little extra love into showing me what a real family is like, would be wonderful. If there was another cat that was chill & able to show me the ropes, that would be swell too! And as long as dogs aren't in my face & I can move to a higher location, I can tolerate them too.
I would love to have a home of my own-could it be with you?
