You Betcha! is a very special boy.  He and his sisters were found as strays at 14 weeks old, and had never before met a human.  They came to my home right away after being trapped, and our work on learning that humans are safe began!  While he was never at all aggressive, I think he felt the need to be vigilant around his sisters when humans were present.  Once the two girls were adopted and You Betcha! was the only one left, he decided my 11 year old son was going to be his best friend.  He now not only accepts affection from people, he CRAVES it!!  He loves chin and cheek rubs and, of course, gets full-on elevator butt when you scratch down his back!  He has turned into the sweetest boy, and makes biscuits whenever a person is near.

While he has learned to trust and is very affectionate, You Betcha! will still likely benefit from a calmer environment.  He loves my children, but toddlers would likely bring a bit much commotion for him.  He's gotten used to hearing dogs, and might do okay with calmer, laid-back dogs that respect his space.  He has met a couple other cats and they were very respectful of one another!  You Betcha! is a lovely little boy that will absolutely thrive in a new home where he can be showered with affection!

I just joined my foster family and we are still getting acquainted with one another. Once they learn more about me, they will add more information here! You Betcha! is from a stray surrender.
