Macho Nacho is from Texas. He was brought into rescue after spending several months at an animal shelter there. Macho is cautious around new people, but finds confidence in the company of other dogs. He would absolutely love a resident pup to show him the ropes, but it's not absolutely necessary. Once he knows you're a "good guy" he warms up quickly.. doing a happy little tippy toes dance with his front feet whenever he gets excited. Macho is just a sweet boy that wants to live the life of a spoiled lap dog. He is mostly potty trained. His current foster uses both potty pads and trips outside to go to the bathroom, but he has never soiled his crate while there at night. If he is kept on a consistent feeding/potty schedule when he gets to his new home here in Minnesota, he should be completely potty trained in no time at all. Macho is also leash and crate trained. Going into his crate is probably the worst part of Macho's day, but a few treats go a long way in making everything better. He will settle nicely once crated and sleep through the night. Macho is a very low-key pup that really just wants a walk a day, a warm lap and a few belly scratches. If you think you could make this little guys dreams of a new home here in Minnesota true, please fill out an adoption application today.
