Jack just joined us and we are still getting acquainted with one another but this is what we’ve learned about this sweetie so far. Jack's settling in and is a little overeager and anxious as we get to know each other. Jack is very playful, very interested in other dogs, and in starting games with them. He likes toys and romping around outside. Jack is affectionate with people once he warms up. He is already house trained, knows his name and some basic commands (e.g. "sit"). Jack can be vocal in the crate but doesn't go all night, is improving with time, and goes in without much trouble. He's currently reacting (barking) every time my partner comes home (or sometimes when he enters the room in a new shirt), but I think he'll stop this behavior as he adjusts and gets more comfortable in his new environment. Jack will be a great boy once he feels safe and stable.
Jack is from a local impound. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
