Oakley is bonded to his brother Low-Key and they must be adopted together. You can learn more about Low-Key   here. These 2 fellas have had quite a winter with the passing of their owner and then moving around until landing with Ruff Start. We were prepared for them to come with some shyness and depression but they've been the complete opposite; and it's obvious they are ready for their next chapter of life! Oakley is the more dominant of the two and he will greet you with the LOUDEST meow until you notice he's there, while Low-Key does his best to squeeze in on the attention but it's hard when you share space with an attention-hog like his brother;). Check out this video of Low-Key and Oakley playing.

Even though he's typically the leader without fear, Oakely still has moments where he wants to stay in the safety of his foster room - especially when the big dog tells him (for the 4th time) the area near her crate is off-limits! Intros to new animals need to be slow and dogs need to be respectful and calm. Honestly, if you didn't know his age, you'd never guess it because he still acts like a young cat with a true 'zest for life'! His antics will leave you shaking your head in disbelief that he's ten and will leave you with a permanent smile on your face, as he truly is entertaining to watch:). The pictures don't do him justice, as you can't tell just how GORGEOUS his coat is - he's truly a stunning cat who's been WELL cared for before ending up in rescue.

Between his HANDSOMENESS and CHARM, you will pinch yourself that you got this LUCKY to find such a truly GREAT cat set!

Oakley is from an owner surrender. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
