Hi there, My name is LunaJ. I was living outside in the country on a farm with my kitty friends. I took shelter in the barn and an old chicken coop.  The elderly gentleman talked and fed us daily.  Then one day he became too ill to care for us and we had to move.  I was scared at first and would not let my foster mom touch me or get close to me that is why I was available as a Working Cat. Once I realized she was serving me food on a regular basis I came to the conclusion that I was safe.  I put down my guard and warmed up to my foster mom.  I love Toys especially batting the ball around and have figured out how to get the ball out of the circle track.  I love to flip the toy mice around the room.  Sometimes I leave them in the food dish to show my humans.  I love attention from all the adults I’ve met to this point.  I like to sit in the window and check out what's going on outside but prefer the comfort of inside. I have not had the pleasure of meeting any kids yet.  Older respectable kids should be fine. There’s a dog in the house.  I can see, smell and hear her but have not formally been introduced.  I’ve lived with several cats and do fine. We coexist.  I prefer my space and will swat if any of them get too close for my comfort.  Slow intros are always reco mmended.  I like fresh water in my dish.  I’ve decided that cat beds Rule!!!  I just saw the vet and found out I need to have some dental work done.
