Hi, I'm Burt and I already love you! Rubbing up against humans is how I show my love. I warm up to new humans immediately - when I first met my foster mom, I rubbed on her legs the moment I came out of my carrier! Essentially, they should put my picture in the dictionary next to the word "affectionate". I'm looking for a home where I can spend time hanging out with you while you sit and read or watch tv. I reallllly enjoy being pet and getting my cheeks scratched. I also like to "talk" when we're hanging out and I make the cutest kitty noises.

I get along with other cats and dogs - I'm really just a pretty agreeable guy!

One thing you should know is I happen to have diabetes, but I don't even notice my twice daily insulin shots and I'm so thankful for humans to take care of me! Ruff Start will provide 60 days worth of Burt's insulin upon adoption.

I'd really like to have the chance to meet you and woo you with my love and my striking green eyes, I hope it happens soon!
