Scamper is from a cat colony that was living outside in an old chicken coop. Scamper is way too friendly to be returned to an outside environment. Scamper was given the name from the elderly gentleman that was caring for the colony. He said she would always come running with her tail straight in the air!

Scamper is petite with a shorter tail. She uses the litter box regularly. She is learning how to maneuver on the cat tree and enjoys lounging near the top. It took her a day to warm up but now seeks out attention from humans.

She's currently living with her colony companions, Coop and Chickadee. They get along great! Slow intros to new animals are always recommended.

Scamper says, "I like to sit on my humans lap for attention. Sometimes while being petted I get overstimulated and will look like I'm going to turn and nip or scratch but never have done so. That's my Torti Attitude shining through!"

Scamper was a stray. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
