Hello! My name is KJ Osborn! I came from a situation where there were 26 dogs living in the same house. We were surrendered to a shelter in Texas. I am a bit skittish but curious. I will stay close but if you reach to pet me I will retreat a little bit. Due to my previous living situation I was not properly socialized with humans so please be patient with me.  I am learning what grass is and doing a good job of learning to go potty in the grass. I will bark and howl some when wanting attention but will stop with a firm NO.  I am a sweet boy that loves to cuddle if you can catch me!  When I am cuddling with my brother my anxiousness and vocalization does subside a bit. A home with another confident dog would be best but not required if the owner is patient.

KJ Osborn is from Texas. They arrive in Minnesota on 12/3 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN. Since they haven’t arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start’s Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Click here to learn more about the FTA program. Once they get to Minnesota, they might require further veterinary care. Ruff Start’s veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments.

If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
