Ibiza was severely malnourished and missing hair when she was brought into rescue. She's blossomed into a playful, happy pup while in rescue. She is crate trained and almost completely potty trained. She loves playing with toys and then crashing in the nearest lap. Because of this early trauma, she is a little obsessed with food, causing her to eat too fast and attempting to steal other resident dog's food in her current foster home. She's just your typical pup in spite of her rough start.

Ibiza weighs 18 (but is still growing) and is a rescue from a cruelty case in Texas. She will arrive in Minnesota on 07/09 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN. Since she hasn’t arrived yet, she is available exclusively through Ruff Start’s Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Click here to learn more about the FTA program. Once she gets to Minnesota, she may require further veterinary care. Ruff Start’s veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments. Since this dog is coming from Texas where heartworm disease is highly prevalent, there is a chance that even if they  test  negative for heartworm now they may be positive in the future as it takes microfilariae 5 to 7 months to mature into adult heartworms after infection.
