*Bonded with Artemis*

I was born on March 13th in a small rural shelter in western MN. My siblings, mom and auntie transferred to Ruff Start a few weeks ago. I'm very attached to my momma, Artemis. We need to be adopted together and qualify for the Mom and Me Program. When we are adopted as a pair, Momma's adoption fee is only $25! Click here to find out more about her.

I like to cuddle, and I'm a fan of playing and napping. My foster mom says I'm a "trooper", whatever that is. I'll take it as a compliment!

My family and I were recently diagnosed with Feline Calicivirus. This is a viral disease common in large unvaccinated groups of cats. Calicivirus affects a cats immune system and can cause upper respiratory infections and oral infections. Thankfully, our kitty family is asymptomatic and at this time does not require any veterinary care. Calicivirus is species specific, so only affects cats. If we find a home with other cats, it is required the resident cats are fully up to date on their vaccines to ensure a low risk of spread.

RachelMarine came from a shelter in western MN. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
