Ruthie  is very friendly and vocal girl who will chat back and forth with her foster mom. When she feels it is time to eat she will loudly remind you. She is perfect with using her litter box and keeps her area very tidy. In the past she has gotten along with other  cats. She is unbothered by general dog noises and seems to be fairly dog savvy, so she would be ok in a home with a respectful dog.
She is a very nice little lap  cat  who purrs and purrs. At times she has not loved being picked up, but lately she has been ok with it on her terms. She is a confident girl who seems to settle in quickly to new environments. She loves attention and is not bothered by strangers.
Since  Ruthie  was found as a stray, she needs to be watched closely around open doors. A busy household with lots of people and/or kids coming and going might not be the best fit for her. An apartment, with a secondary entry, where she can't bolt directly outside, would be a good fit for her. She is likely a cat would would be open to being harnessed for the occasional supervised outdoor time with her owner.
