Hi Fam,

My name is Merlin. I am bonded with my buddy Oreo like a pair of chopsticks. I am much more outgoing and curious than he is, and I love coming up to you for yummy treats. However, please be patient with me as I still need some time to warm up to you.

I love exploring new toys and spaces, but I prefer my hideys to have two exits and also large enough to fit both Oreo and me.  
 

Some of my favorite foods are any herb, kale, lettuce, celery, and loads of timothy hay. My foster parent noticed that I tend to prefer drinking out of a bowl to a water bottle. If you decide to feed me water out of a bowl, please make sure it is heavy enough so I don’t knock it over by accident, and change it everyday as the water gets dirty quickly. I love being around family activities and don’t mind much noise. I’ve been in families with rabbits and dogs. I am ok with being in the same room as them, but please don’t put us in direct contact with each other. I've also been with small kids, which I definitely need supervision with when interacting with them. Otherwise, we get along well with everyone!
