Hi there! My name is Lilsey, but I sometimes also go by Lily. I entered rescue after a very kind person took me in because she knew I deserved a better life than the one I had.

I'm a really sweet cat according to my foster mom! I'm a bit on the chunky side, but excuse me - I just consider myself big-boned. My absolute favorite time of the day is when my humans come into my room to say hi to me! I would do just about anything for butt stritches and rubbin's. If you stop before I'd like, I'll even give you a little nibble to let you know I ain't ready to be done yet! If you adopt me, you better be prepared for lots of snuggle sessions full of all the pets you can handle and more.

As of now, I'm not really too sweet on the other beings in my foster's home. There's a dog, two cats, and a few young kids. It's a pretty rambunctious situation over here! I'm not super upset by these other beings, but I like to stay to myself and I don't like to come out from my cozy little bed when my foster humans give me the opportunity to play with everyone - I just get a bit overwhelmed. As such, if my new humans have other family members, I would really appreciate being introduced to them slowly so we can get to know each other appropriately. But if I'm the only one around, that would be even better!

If you are interested in getting to know Lilsey better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
