Hi there! My name is Willow and I came to Ruff Start from Texas originally.  I weigh 27 pounds.

A little bit about me…I am a puppy and learning all the new things that puppies need to learn. Puppies typically love dogs, cats, kids, and adults. I am high energy and I need a family that has the time and patience for a puppy.  The reward is puppy breath and kisses!   I just joined my foster family and we are still getting to know each other but this is what they have to say so far.

Willow is very sweet and is submissive with my resident dogs and enjoys playing with them! She's interested in saying hi to the cats but they are not interested in her. When she tries to say hi she does it slowly and they just walk away. Willow loves playing fetch and even brings the ball back which is impressive for a young pup. She doesn’t seem to have stranger danger at all and when she met my husband she greeted him right away with soft kisses and tail wags.  Willow doesn’t seem to be a picky eater and has liked the variety of treats that have been given her.  She is also good about eating the dry puppy food we have. Potty training is in process and she’ll likely have that mastered in no time.  Remember, she’s a TX pup and  we think the snow and cold confuses her. Willow is a champ in the kennel with no accidents in the kennel! She whines a little in the kennel at first but is over it quickly. All in all she's a great pup with a loving, playful personality. She’s enjoying the company of other dogs so likely would enjoy a dog pal to live with.

If you are interested in getting to know me better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
