Hi, my name is Business Woman. I earned this name by "managing" (yelling) at the other cats and staff at the local impound I came from. I was looking for a change of pace, so I decided to come to Ruff Start. I've been here for about two months now.

I work 24/7 keeping this place in tip-top shape. Whether it's stealing my coworker's chair, napping in the lobby, or trimming the plants with my teeth, Rescue work is tiring! While I've enjoyed my time here, I am looking for a new opportunity to expand my skill set - I hope that can be with you!

I have a pretty powerful meow, but truthfully, I'm a big softy on the inside. I have certifications in snuggling, napping, and eating. I get along with everyone I meet including cats and dogs as long as they give me the space I need.

Right now, I get medication twice a day to keep my thyroid functioning properly. It's a small amount of cream in my ear that I mostly tolerate. Thankfully, I will be receiving the I-131 Iodine Hyperthyroid therapy on October 25th, 2021. This treatment is covered by RSR donors and will completely eradicate my hyperthyroidism so I no longer need to take medicine. You can learn more about this treatment here. Overall, I'm a very healthy girl and just had my teeth cleaned!

While I love everyone at the Ruff Start office, I'd really like to be in a home where I can be fostered until my treatment is complete.

If you are interested in getting to know me better, please fill out an adoption application at www.ruffstartrescue.org/adopt/adoption-application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
