From the Foster:

Mack is a very sweet Frenchie who loves to be close to people. He is good with kids and adults. Mack is learning to play with other dogs. He loves to fetch his ball and play tug with his rope. Mack is deaf and does not have full use of his hind legs. He has a harness to help him build muscle and exercise his hind legs and he gets stronger each day. He does need diapers to address some incontinence, but he does try to go potty outside. He has seen a neurological specialist and the exact cause of his issues are not known. He is going to start physical therapy to try and help him become stronger. He may benefit from a doggy cart but his physical therapist will make that call. Mack's adoptive home must have enough time to help him out as he does need more care than the average dog. He will need continued physical therapy sessions and an adoptive family will need to be able to handle the extra costs that come with owning a special needs pup.
