From the Foster:

Serius is beautiful and has the softest fur. He has unique eyes, one blue and one brown, and has a long corgi body making him even more adorable. Serius loves to be outside and play with balls. He really likes our other smaller foster dog and would benefit from having another confident dog in the home. He likely didn't have the best home life before this and was bounced around a few times. He takes time to trust people, especially men, and is nervous about new things and new people. He needs a family that can show him stability, love, and patience as he works through these things. Once he trusts a person, he wants to always be by them. He has separation anxiety and does not like being in a crate. He is vocal when left gated/crated, or when new people enter the home. Shared walls would not be recommended.
We are allowing slower introductions with our larger resident dogs and think he would still do well with larger dogs, but he is more nervous of them. He will need continued work on leash walking. He is reactive towards dogs on leash and has a strong prey drive. We started walking him with a gentle leader so we can work on redirecting him, but no cats for him. He is mostly potty trained but may take a little time when adjusting to a new home. This boy will be a wonderful companion, he just needs a little love and confidence to bring out his shining personality.
