Howdy! I'm Stone. If y’all are looking for a handsome southern gentleman to sweep you off your feet, look no further. I’m originally from Texas, but I’m fixin’ to find my person and settle down in the north. I’ve got a big, loving heart to match my big, brown eyes and I’ll never leave your side. My foster mom says I can be a little noisy, but I can’t help that I’m a sweet talker… It’s part of my charm! I have lots of energy and I'll need some help with my anxiety, but once I get comfortable I would love nothing more than to run and explore.

I am a very affectionate dude. Who wants personal space when you could be attached at the hip, am I right? I'll even put my head in your lap so I can get head scritches. My other favorite hobby (other than following you to the bathroom) is looking out windows. The world is so exciting, don't you think?

My wishlist for my new home is one with no shared walls since I can be noisy, a fenced-in yard, an active family, and one that will help me with my anxiety. I take some anxiety medication and  wear this odd thing called a Thunder Shirt, but it helps make me feel safe! I would prefer to be an only fur-child because I will probably chase cats and I'm not a huge fan of other canines - I bark at them because I'm not quite sure what they're all about.  I sleep in my kennel at night and I am mostly potty trained, but sometimes I just can't help myself when it comes to claiming something as mine. However, this is rare and I'm working on it!

So what do you say, am I your new adventure buddy?
