Hi, my name is Pepper and I came from an Out of State Transfer - Texas. I currently weigh 14 lbs.

* Fenced in yard and a canine companion  required for this special gal!*

Pepper is a very shy dog looking for a very special home with lots of patience , experience with shy/ fearful dogs, another confident friendly dog in the home, and a fenced in yard.

From Pepper's current foster home: Pepper is very quiet but sometimes barks when I get home from work because my pups bark. She uses potty pads like a champ but sometimes poops off of them. It's solid so no worries on picking it up. She eats well and loves dental bones! She's gotten better with me but still won't let me touch her. She almost takes treats and her favorite dental bone from my hand. She sniffs it now but that's as far as I've gotten. She will come out of her kennel if you hold a leash in front of her but she's extremely scared.
Since I am not able to touch her, I do not take her for walks because she's an extreme flight risk! Maybe that's all she needs though. A walk to enjoy life and bond with pup friends and humans.

She's a special little girl, super tiny and so beautiful! Just needs a special person that can bring her back to life.
