Hello there, I'm Sasha, a delightful feline who tends to be a bit reserved at first, but I promise to unveil my charming personality once you shower me with pets and kisses. My journey brought me back to foster care when my previous family realized that some changes in their lives left them unable to provide the attention I deserve.

I'm a passionate purrer who craves affection and enjoys engaging in friendly conversation. While I do like to play with my toys independently, you'll often find me basking in the sunlight by the window, cuddling up for some quality time, or shadowing my new foster mom, ensuring she's well-supervised and delivering a steady stream of kisses. Oh, and I have a knack for climbing, which is why my foster mom is treating me to a cat tree.

Initially, when I first arrived at my foster home, I preferred hiding under the bed during the day. However, I surprised my foster mom one night by hopping onto the bed to join her. I still retreat under the bed for my late afternoon naps; supervising is indeed a demanding job!

Now that I'm feeling more at ease, my absolute favorite activity is to lounge beside my foster mom on the couch for those coveted belly rubs (yes, you read that right, I adore belly rubs, and it's no trick). I'll also happily lay at her feet while she works, engage in solo explorations while having animated conversations with myself, and, of course, share the bed with my foster mom at night. I don't mind being carried around, although it's a relatively new experience for me. One of my remarkable superpowers is that I stay put when my foster mom sneezes.

From my previous foster home, I've been described as unfazed by dogs and other cats, so I could thrive as the sole feline companion or join an existing furry family. I still maintain a keen interest in the outside world, often perching by the window to observe birds and squirrels. As my confidence continues to grow, I am certain that I'll become a wonderful and devoted companion for someone truly special.
