Pam lives in Falcon Heights with her cat Gretchen, adopted in 2012 (at age 2) from a shelter in Faribault. She also spends as much time as possible with her son Stephen, daughter-in-law Cassie and grandchildren Lucy (8) and Simon (5), who live in Omaha. Professionally, Pam has been an attorney representing small Minnesota businesses since 1978, focusing mostly on employment law compliance and practical solutions. She has enjoyed serving on the RSR Human Resources Committee since 2022, and looks forward to helping more as a member of the Board of Directors.

In her spare time, Pam enjoys decorating cakes, and has won awards twice at the Minnesota State Fair Cake Decorating contest.
