Erica started as Foster Medical Manager at Ruff Start Rescue in July of 2023. Erica, however, has been involved in the organization since 2017 through fostering and her previous role as Vetting Manager. Erica works closely with the foster homes to ensure animals get the appropriate vetting care needed prior to adoption. As a Certified Veterinary Technician, she has over ten years of vetting/medical experience and has worked in specialty and companion animal clinics. While Erica loves all animals, she prefers the squish-faced and pitbull-type dogs.
Erica and her husband Jesse live in Foreston with their two young boys, two dogs and a cat. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, spending time outside, reading and planting.
