Emily joined the Ruff Start Rescue team in October 2023, bringing with her a profound passion for animal rescue and a strong commitment to ending canine breed discrimination. With a heartwarming love for animals, she devotes her time and expertise to support the mission and vision of the organization.
Outside of her professional commitments, Emily finds solace and excitement in exploring the North Shore as well as snuggling up with her family to watch a spooky movie. Emily also has a keen interest in culinary delights, constantly on the quest to discover the best pizza joints and breweries in town.
At home, Emily shares her space with her husband, Luke, and two beloved rescue dogs, Porter and Petunia. Emily and her family made the move up north from Rochester, MN, and are excited to make central Minnesota their fur-ever home!
