Ruff Start Contact Information (FRC)

Whether you are a new foster, or a recurring foster, here is some important contact information on who to call for any questions you may have during your fostering journey!

Main Points of Contact

Foster coordinator
This is the contact who trained you in as a new foster. You likely won’t hear from them anymore past the initial training.
Foster manager
This is your main point of contact for any questions on behavior, fostering in general, help picking out an animal to foster, questions on fostering, etc. You should have been assigned at your initial training.
Foster Medical Manager
We have one Foster Medical Manager you will talk to for all things vetting (appointments, sick, injuries, vaccines, etc.)

Application Manager

This is who processes the adoption applications that come in. They will reach out to you once an application comes in and work on the adoption with you and the adopter.

For emergencies that happen 6 am – 6 pm M-F, email the Foster Medical Manager: and with “URGENT” in the subject line.
