Thanksgiving Morning Virtual Circuit Class with SashaFIT

Join Sasha Zerin of SashaFIT Thanksgiving morning at 8:30 am for a fun virtual full body workout for all levels to benefit animals at Ruff Start Rescue! For this workout you will want dumbbells or something you can use for weights. All levels are welcome and lots of modifications will be offered as always.

The class will be donation-based meaning that as long as you make a donation to Ruff Start you will be admitted into class!

To sign up all you need to do is send your donation via Venmo to @SashaFIT (& include “Ruff Start Rescue” in the memo) anytime before class, but we highly recommend signing up as soon as possible to reserve your spot! Your donation signs you up for class. The recommended donation is $25 per person.

Please sign into the Zoom meeting at least 10 minutes before class starts.
