Ruff Start Rescue and The Cafe Meow Rescue Week Fundraiser

You wont want to miss out on our BIGGEST fundraising event of the year!
October 21st – 24th
Rescue Week is a held annually in October to help raise funds for our rescue partners: No Kitten Left Behind- MN and Ruff Start Rescue. Last year due to the pandemic we were unable to host the event and provide our rescues with the very helpful donations. So grab a friend and make a point of visiting between October Thursday 21st and Sunday 24th to show support for our amazing rescue partners who have been working with us since day one!
Thursday 21st:
DRINK DONATIONS.
One dollar from each large specialty drink purchased this day will be donated. We have a variety of drinks to choose from like our usual House Specials: Calico, Siamese, The Cafe Meow and Sassy Cat along with all these Fall flavors:
? Tabby – pumpkin and Fall spice latte
??Tuxedo – white and dark chocolate mocha
? Maple Paw – white chocolate mocha with pure maple syrup
? Apple Cider
?⬛ Black Kittea Lemonade – black iced tea with sour lemon sweet mango and peach
? Feline Fall – ice black tea with milk and pure maple syrup
? Pawsh Cider – chai tea with apple cider
? Bengal Kitty – chai latte with butterscotch and nutmeg
Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd:
SILENT AUCTION.
There will be a variety of baskets from each rescue as well as a few from us! If you want more details about what the baskets have in them, follow us on Instagram or Facebook for updates closer to the date.
Sunday 24th:
DONATION BASED CAT LOUNGE TIME.
Walk-ins only! Donate any amount, (suggestion $5 purr person) for a 30 minute visit with the cats! Each time starts on the half hour. When you look at our reservation system online there will be no ability to reserve this day. Just walk in and support.
(You MUST donate to visit with the cats, this is not free, let’s support the rescues.)

RAFFLE.
Donate any amount at checkout (cash or add a card donation onto your purchase) and receive a raffle ticket to get a chance at the winning a $25 gift card to The Cafe Meow. We will be raffling off 4 of them!

The Cafe Meow will also be donation matching up to $2,000! So come on out with your family and friends and donate.

We will be raising money for:
No Kitten Left Behind – MN
We are a small, all-volunteer, foster based rescue dedicated to helping cats and kittens in need. We provide them with any necessary medical care and adopt them into caring and life-long homes. Our rescue provides a stable, loving environment in which these gentle animals can be cared for until we find their forever homes. No Kitten Left Behind – MN is a strong advocate of no-kill and we have recently become a non-profit organization. Donations and foster homes are always needed to continue our mission.
Ruff Start Rescue
We are a foster home-based Non-Profit 501c3, No-Kill dog and cat rescue based in Central Minnesota. We rescue stray, neglected, abandoned, and surrendered dogs and cats as well as ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits, and other critters. We work very hard to place them in new loving homes. We operate largely through volunteers and donations, relying on social media to stay connected.
