Puppies & Pilates at Twin Cities Pilates

Join Twin Cities Pilates for a pilates mat workout with puppies from Ruff Start Rescue!

Whether you are a Pilates pro, a beginner, or just looking for some puppy love, this class is for you! During the ab sculpting and booty-pumping workout, adorable puppies will curiously find you on your mat to visit and share some love. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Grab your $40 ticket online (under the events section). Proceeds will support rescue animals at Ruff Start Rescue!

Participants should arrive at 12:50 pm to check in, find their spot, and get some early puppy cuddles. The one-hour workout will start at 1 pm. Afterward, stay for more puppy cuddles and learn about ways to get involved with Ruff Start Rescue.
