Meet Miracle! ❤️ A goofy, long-legged girl with a BIG personality, lots of love to give, and energy for days!
Don’t let her Pit Bull mix label fool you—Miracle has some serious herding-dog tendencies! She’s athletic, alert, playful, and always ready for action. If you’re expecting a calm, couch-potato pup, Miracle may surprise you! This girl needs room to stretch her legs, plenty of exercise, and activities to keep her busy.
Miracle has been a friendly, affectionate girl in her foster home. Although she can be timid around strangers, she warms up fairly quickly. If someone catches her by surprise, she may bark or jump, but she’s happy to greet people with a wagging tail, kisses, and plenty of enthusiasm once she settles in.
She LOVES having a dog friend to play with! Miracle and her foster’s resident dog have serious ninja skills, chasing, wrestling, and launching surprise attacks on each other throughout the day. She also enjoys running around the yard and has a serious love affair with balls. She’ll chase them all over the place, but bringing them back? That’s negotiable! 😂 Two balls to trade make the game much more fun.
When she’s not busy perfecting her ninja moves, Miracle is convinced she’s a lap dog. She adores cuddles, affection, and giving big, sloppy kisses. Sometimes all that excitement comes out as enthusiastic jumping and mouthing, so she’s still learning how to express her love appropriately. A home without young children would be best while she works on these manners. And when she’s finally ready to recharge, she’s perfectly content to relax on her own.
Miracle comes with a few entertaining quirks, too! She snores softly, has hilarious zoomies with her long, gangly legs, and will loudly complain when the resident cat refuses to be her friend. She’s very interested in cats and wants to sniff, lick, and play, so any feline housemate would need to be tolerant and dog-savvy, with careful introductions.
Miracle can be more confident with other dogs, so a playful canine companion could be a wonderful bonus, though it may not be a requirement. She’ll do best with an active family who understands her energy, appreciates her herding-dog instincts, and can provide plenty of exercise, play, and mental stimulation. She won’t be happiest cooped up for long stretches!
She’s also still working on her house training and leash manners. Miracle knows how to ask to go outside but may have occasional accidents. Walks are exciting, and she’s learning that she doesn’t need to pull toward every interesting thing she sees. With patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, she’ll continue making progress.
At the end of the day, Miracle just wants to be loved. She’s an affectionate, entertaining, high-energy girl who will keep you laughing, shower you with kisses, and bring plenty of adventure to your life. If you’re ready for a playful partner who needs more than a quick stroll around the block and who will happily snuggle up after a day of fun, Miracle might just be your girl! 💕
