Meet Balto, an adorable little black girl with four white paws and the tiniest white stripe down her face! 🖤🤍

Balto started out as a bit of a wallflower, hiding during feedings, but once she had more space to explore, her curious side quickly emerged. Now she’s often the first one checking out a new area and taking in everything the world has to offer. She’s especially fascinated by tunnels, jingle-bell toys, and feather wands, and she can happily entertain herself while deciding whether a toy is worthy of her attention!

Balto is still a little shy when it comes to being touched and tends to prefer playtime as her way of interacting with people. She likes having cozy places to dart off to when she needs a little space, and being picked up is tolerable for a short time—with a little meow when she’s ready to be put back down. She’s playful with her littermates and has plenty of potential for big kitten energy once she gets more comfortable.

Balto is a gentle, intelligent, independent little girl who is still figuring things out, but her curiosity is shining through more every day. Give her time, patience, and plenty of places to explore, and this sweet girl is sure to blossom into a wonderfully fun companion! 🐾
