Jovie and two friends were found abandoned last week.
She is 10-12 years old, very overweight, and had nails so long she could hardly walk. This older gal is sweet, polite, and loves a good cuddle.
Jovie’s heading to her foster home today and will be made available on our website after any vetting needs are determined by Ruff Start’s vetting team.
